fingerjoints board

One of the types of wooden plates is the Fingerjet plates. The names of these pages are due to the way they are fitted.
Small pieces (4-10cm wide, 15-30cm wide) stick together with finger-shaped joints (as shown). These fittings, also called shoulder fittings, form the basis of the Fingerjet plates.

Small pieces of wood, usually left over from the production of timber, are cut into finger joints and attached to each other. Putting together more of these pieces, the Gingerbread Fingerprints are produced in the desired dimensions.
They are then bonded together, with special glue and heat, to find the necessary strength.
The use of smaller pieces of wood will minimize the stress on the wood as an organism and allow it to be used on a larger scale compared to the timber.
In addition, as the Fingewint plates are manufactured from small, additional parts of the timber production unit, they substantially reduce wood industry waste.
Also, for trees whose dimensions or properties are not suitable for timber production, it is possible to use the same type of wood as the production of Fingerjet plates.

Today, Fingerjet plates are widely used in the wood industry because of their various benefits.

These are the following:

Semi-finished product
Reduce outliers and product waste
Reduce time and labor
New capability to produce all-wood products against the use of MDF and chipboard

Of course, the use of Fingerjets also has its own sensitivities, and in some cases requires more precision than raw wood.
