Working Grade:

At this point, the male (edges) of the profiles are grated to create a smooth surface for pressing the profiles together. For this purpose we use special devices to keep the surface smooth and to make connection of profiles easier.

Pressing Profiles:

After grating, the back and on sections of the profiles (according to the markings) of the male are glued together in the desired number. The profiles created are then converted into smooth and clean panels using presses. At this point, we need to consider putting together the same thick profiles.
